12 rue des caves antiques is a typical old French town house on three levels.

• We have turned it upside down so that the sleeping areas are on the ground and first floors and the entire top floor consists of a large kitchen/dining room leading to an extensive terrace garden which gets lots of sun all day long. With good views down to the L'Etang, the terrace also has lots of Mediterranean flowers and fruits.

• The middle floor is open plan and serves as a lounge, library and office with a recessed sleeping area.

• On the ground and the first floors there are bathrooms/toilets/showers. We have three double beds, one single bed and a blow-up matress.
